Couple Therapy
Relationship development
The goal of couple therapy is to help couples regain emotional harmony, improve communication, and build a stronger foundation for their relationship.

What happens during a couple therapy session?
During couple therapy (=relationship development session), couples can gain a deeper understanding of the unconscious, underlying drivers that influence their behavior. These include schemas, internal parent images, games people play (Eric Berne), or transgenerational influences – all of which influence the functioning of their relationship. The process uses an empathetic approach to help couples come closer to each other and learn effective communication and conflict management techniques. Relationship development offers new methods and tools that strengthen the basic pillars of partner love, commitment, intimacy, and passion. In addition, the development process promotes acceptance of the differences that arise from our uniqueness and the experience of male and female roles. Participants learn to better understand themselves and their partner, and develop possible ways to achieve common goals and values.
Szilvi and Attila
We’ve been married for 11 years, and we passionately believe that every relationship holds the potential for happiness and harmony—sometimes it only takes a fresh perspective and commitment to rediscover it. We love adventures—whether it’s facing life’s big challenges or exploring a new landscape—and we bring this same spirit into our work. We see relationships as a shared adventure too, full of both beauty and challenges.
With the expertise we gained at the Personality Development Academy, along with our personal experience and our own journey together, we help couples deepen their understanding of each other and build a stronger foundation for their relationship. We completed a three-year training in personality development in 2021, followed by a one-year specialization in Couple Therapy Facilitation in 2023. This professional background, combined with ongoing supervision, ensures that the methods we use are both effective and reliable.
Couples turn to us when their relationship is valuable to them but they’ve entered a more difficult phase and feel the need for outside professional support and new perspectives. If you feel your relationship deserves a fresh boost, we invite you to reach out to us.

Who is couple therapy for?
Couple therapy is for those who are ready to work on both their relationship and their own personal development. It provides couples with the opportunity to explore their feelings, reflect on relationship patterns, and gain insight into why they behave the way they do in intimate connections.
It can support the healing of past traumas and losses, and help couples understand and transform the dynamics that influence their closeness.
It is especially helpful for couples who are struggling with recurring arguments, ongoing conflicts, or emotional distance, and feel that the two of them alone can no longer resolve the issues.
Couple therapy is also valuable for those who want to deepen intimacy and mutual understanding, preventing more serious problems from developing. It can be particularly beneficial during life transitions—such as becoming parents, moving, or changing careers—when support and alignment are even more important.
For young couples, it offers a powerful way to consciously build a solid foundation for their future together, while for those in long-term relationships, it helps rediscover passion and bring back the freshness and vitality that can keep love alive for years to come.
